ng-voice returns to exhibit at the Mobile World Congress (MWC22) in Barcelona, Spain. From the 28th of Feb until the 3rd of March, the MWC Barcelona 2022 took place both in-person and virtually. As referred by many, Mobile World Congress is considered to be the most important global event for the telecommunications industry.
After just 7 months from the 2021 edition, we at ng-voice were excited to return to this global event and be able to meet everyone once again. This year the event saw a lot more activity given that the covid-19 vaccine is widely spread and travel restrictions were lowered around the world. In partnership with the Spanish health authorities and medical partners, the GSMA was able to provide a safe environment for our industry to reconnect, reimagine and reinvent. With the theme “Connectivity Unleashed” many people came back to Barcelona to get in touch with the latest industry trends and meet with potential customers and partners, making the event a great success.
ng-voice brought to the MWC our fully containerized and cloud-native IMS core – the first and most containerized IMS core in the market, which was nominated for the GLOMO Awards for two years consecutively. We exhibited in this year’s MWC with a booth in Hall 2, alongside main industry players such as Red hat and Casa Systems. As part of our team of delegates, we had our CEO David Bachmann, our CTO, and Founder Carsten Bock, our VP of sales Qawa Darabi and 5 other team members from both technical and business teams.
Our CEO also had a chance to talk to the media and showcase our innovative IMS solution and why it stands out. In his interview with Light Reading, our CEO David Bachmann mentions how innovative players like ng-voice are disrupting the telecom market and what the future of 5G holds in the industry.
Of course, we also took some time to meet up with the VP of Sales, Qawa Darabi to share his experience at MWC 22. He stated, “It always feels great to be back at MWC, being able to catch up with the industry's latest innovations and share this experience with potential customers, suppliers, partners, and the general public".
